Return Policy - PULSELINK LLC

Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send the refund to the original gift giver.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
